These terms apply when you use the Pixology website or place an order with us. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery page and Returns, Faults & Order Issues page.

Store information

Pixology provides mini fuse bead supplies, project tools and related online resources. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Pixology. You can contact us through the Contact page.

Using this website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, misuse another person’s information, or copy store content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.

Product information

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings, lighting and manufacturing variation can affect how colours appear. Check the selected variant, dimensions, inclusions and compatibility information before ordering. Images may include styled scenes or accessories that are not included; the product description and selected variant control what is supplied.

Prices and payment

Store prices are shown in Australian dollars. Taxes are included or calculated as indicated by the store and checkout. Delivery charges and available services are shown at checkout before payment. We may change prices for future orders, but a change will not alter an order we have already accepted unless we contact you to correct an obvious error and give you an appropriate choice.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment method selected at checkout. Pixology does not receive your full card number.

Orders

An order is subject to acceptance, payment authorisation and stock availability. We may cancel or limit an order where stock is unavailable, information is incorrect, an obvious pricing error occurred, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If we cancel after payment, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

Please review the delivery address, product and variant before submitting the order. Contact us promptly if something is wrong; changes may not be possible once fulfilment has started.

Shipping and delivery

Available delivery services, charges and estimates are shown at checkout for the address entered. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays or loss will be handled according to the circumstances, the selected service and your rights under applicable law. See Shipping & Delivery for current information.

Returns, faults and consumer rights

Our policies do not exclude, restrict or modify rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Goods sold to consumers in Australia come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the problem and applicable law, a remedy may include repair, replacement, refund or compensation.

Change-of-mind requests are separate from remedies for faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly described or incorrectly supplied goods. See Returns, Faults & Order Issues.

Safety and product use

Follow product instructions and warnings. Mini beads and some tools contain small or sharp parts, while heat tools can cause burns or fire. Use age-appropriate supervision, keep small parts away from young children, and use electrical or heated tools only as directed. Stop using an item if it appears damaged or unsafe.

Intellectual property

The Pixology name, original site design, text, photographs and other original content are owned by us or used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping and project planning. You must not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission. You are responsible for having permission to upload or use images in the pixel-art designer.

Third-party services

Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers and embedded tools may provide parts of the service under their own terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or availability.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, failure to follow instructions, or events outside our reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the store, services or law. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order, except where a change is required by law.
